FSQS (Financial Supplier Qualification System) is an accreditation tool that provides a standard and simple mechanism for collecting and managing supplier assurance information across the wide Financial Services community. It is a standard supported by major UK banks including Lloyds, Santander and TSB and requires suppliers to be reviewed against FSQS requirements in key risk control areas, including information/cyber security, data privacy, business continuity, financial crime, conduct risk, and financial, legal and corporate responsibility.
The FSQS standard is managed and controlled by Hellios and provides the community with an objective, standardised and validated system for collecting supplier information and managing compliance assurance.
Benefits of FSQS
Collaborative Community of Buyers & Suppliers
Being part of the FSQS community, consisting of both buyers and suppliers, provides all parties with access to the combined experience and resources of other members in the community with shared goals and challenge.
Recognition of Commitment & Compliance
The FSQS Registered Mark is valued by some of the largest purchasers in the financial sector and indicates that CustomerMinds has gone through the process required to demonstrate our commitment and credentials to the financial services industry.
Independent Assurance of Responsible Business Practices
The FSQS accreditation helps buyers be reassured that accredited suppliers have responsible business practices and that detailed due diligence is carried out on an annual basis to ensure that all accredited suppliers meet the regulatory, legal and corporate governance requirements of the financial services industry.
